RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that products ordered from our online shop must first be returned to our warehouse before an exchange can be made. Please contact us before initiating an exchange to receive further instructions.

In order for us to accept a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

  • The items must be in their original packaging, meaning all tags and seals must be intact and undamaged.

  • The items must have been purchased directly from our online shop.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for orders that include discounts (discount codes, cart discounts, sale items, special offers such as “2 FOR 1,” etc.).


Refunds (if applicable)

To return your order, please proceed as follows:

  1. Contact us by email first.

  2. After contacting us, you will receive instructions within 24–48 hours on where to send your package.

  3. Print out the return label.

  4. Attach the return label to the package and send it back to us. Please keep the proof of return shipment until we contact you.

What happens next?
We will contact you by email as soon as we begin processing your return. You will receive all details regarding your return in that email.


Refunds

After we have processed your return, it usually takes 1–5 business days for you to receive your refund. The amount will automatically be refunded to the same account that was used for the original payment.

Please note that you will receive the exact amount you originally paid.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.


Sale items (if applicable)

We do not accept returns or cancellations for orders that include discounts (discount codes, cart discounts, sale items, special offers such as “2 FOR 1,” etc.).


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us by email.


Shipping

For all items you return, we will provide a return shipping label with a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance.

It usually takes between 7 and 14 days for us to receive and process your package. This time frame may vary depending on the condition and the postal service used. If you have not heard from us within 3 weeks after sending your return, please contact us by email.
